I grew up in a small coal-mining town in New Zealand where hard work, humility, and community mattered more than titles. My Māori heritage continues to shape who I am today. It taught me what great leadership looks like and the responsibility that comes with it.
I studied Physical Education at the University of Otago, majoring in Sport Administration. My early career in sport and coaching gave me a strong sense of competition and a belief in bringing out the best in others. Those lessons have guided everything I have done since.
My career in pharmaceutical recruitment began with helping companies find the people who would discover and deliver life-changing treatments. I worked closely with business and HR leaders, learning how their decisions shaped success and the kind of leadership that inspired loyalty and results.
I founded 360 Talent Solutions because I wanted to move beyond recruitment that focused only on filling jobs. My goal was to create partnerships built on strategy and science, not instinct. Through my work with Humanostics and The Predictive Index, I began helping leaders make smarter hiring decisions that improve performance across their business.
While working with organisations, I also supported local jobseekers in South Yorkshire. Many had the skills but struggled to present themselves in a way that matched their potential. That experience led me to create Your Career Optimiser, which now supports professionals across Europe and North America to take control of their careers.
As I continued working with senior leaders, many began asking for help in building visibility and trust online. That is how Amplify You began. It helps leaders strengthen their online presence and take control of how the world sees their work.
Everything I’ve built comes together through People Optimisation. It brings science, data, and strategic thinking together to help today’s leaders make the right decisions at the right time.
I believe leadership is shared. We are all part of the same canoe, and how far we go depends on how well we move together.
The leaders I work with understand that progress is not built on titles or authority but on trust, alignment, and accountability. They know that when people feel valued and supported, they give more of themselves to the team and the work.
My approach has always been based on partnership. I sit alongside the leaders I work with, helping them see new perspectives, understand their people, and make decisions that bring out the best in everyone. Together we build relationships that last, teams that perform, and organisations that lead with purpose.
When everyone rows in the same direction, great things happen.
Every leader I have met faces moments of doubt. The decisions that matter most are often the hardest to make.
Leadership is not about being fearless. It is about feeling the fear and moving forward anyway. Growth happens when we make the decision that others avoid, ask the question no one wants to ask, or admit when something needs to change.
My work is about creating the space and structure for those decisions to happen. I help leaders bring clarity to complexity, trust their judgment, and act with purpose even when the path ahead is uncertain.
Progress does not come from waiting for the right moment. It comes from choosing to take the next step and doing it together.
These qualifications reflect my ongoing commitment to learning and supporting leaders with the highest professional standards.

If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, let’s go together.
That belief sits at the heart of everything I do. Leadership is not a solo effort. It is built on relationships, trust, and shared progress.
I continue to work with today’s leaders who want to make the right decisions for their people, their teams, and their future. Together we turn those decisions into meaningful action and lasting change.
Let’s create a better tomorrow.
I’m grateful to support some incredible leaders. These words come from those who’ve trusted me along the way.
