Who is Dave Crumby

If I were to ask you what makes a leader great, could you answer it? I bet if you asked ten people that question, you would get ten different answers.

Today’s leaders have never been shown how to lead. Many are promoted because they are high performers, not because they have been trained in leadership. They are expected to know how to hire, how to engage their teams, and how to present themselves.

That is why I help today’s leaders to make the right decisions.

My work has always been about supporting leaders. The conversations I value most are the ones that help leaders see things differently, bring their teams closer, and focus on what matters. I believe the right relationships and the right conversations can change the direction of a business, a team, or a career.
